Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. U.S. delivery typically takes 2-8 business days from the ship date, depending on location. During peak holiday periods (late November through December), please allow a few extra days.

Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you as soon as your order is on its way. If your tracking has not updated in more than 5 days, contact us at ross.suites@outlook.com and we will investigate right away.

We currently ship within the United States only.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund - your choice.
