How long does shipping take?
Orders process in 1–3 business days, and U.S. delivery typically takes 2–8 business days after that. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not yet — we're focused on getting U.S. deliveries right first.
Can I include a gift note?
Yes — add your message in the cart's note box and we'll make sure it travels with the gift.
Sizing & Care
How do your sizes run?
Each product page includes a measurement chart in inches. Our fleece pieces are designed for a relaxed, cozy fit — if you're between sizes or love an oversized feel, size up.
How do I wash these?
Everything we carry is machine washable. Cold wash, gentle cycle, tumble low or lay flat. Care details are on every product page.
Returns
What if it doesn't fit or I change my mind?
Unworn items with tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns & Exchanges page for the simple process.
Something arrived damaged or wrong?
Reach out through our contact page with a photo within 7 days and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
